Details: HOPE Days Spring 2022
Hope Days will continue to look different than from previous years but similar to our fall session. 

• Cost to attend H.O.P.E. Days will be $13
• Due to availability of the facility they will be held on 6 Friday afternoons.
• All families will be required to teach & pick a time slot to clean the facility.
• Families will be notified about the number of times they will need to teach when we know how many families are participating. The number of weeks to teach will be announced when the sign-up link for time slots and subject is opened online - this document link will become available Monday March 7th - closes Sunday March 13th, 2022.
• If you do not have a topic to teach yet but would like to claim a time slot you can add your name to do so. 
• You will need to pick your time slots and subjects and fill these in on the google docs sheets (If you choose a topic that requires multiple days to teach you can put your name in more time slots than required)
• When teaching a subject- you can choose to teach one subject multiple times or teach multiple different subjects over multiple time slots.
• Classes will be divided in 3 age groups 3–5-year-old, 6–9-year-old and 10+.
• Class starts at 1:00-2:00pm followed by a nutrition break/recess and a class at 3:00-4:00 pm

• Parents will not be assigned to help out in class, but are asked to divide themselves out between the rooms/halls to assist the teacher and student when needed
• No nursery, teaching parents can consider asking another parent to help out with their little ones when they are teaching or what you as a parent feel comfortable with.
• Parents are responsible for their own children during recess (indoors or outside)
• If you cannot participate last minute due to unexpected reasons, please let the hope days committee know so we can adjust the schedule as needed.
• Families will need to bring their own materials to class - (No class fees this session) - The materials needed for each class will be listed in the hope days package which will be published about a week in advance.
• A H.O.P.E Days package will be made available on-line about a week in advance of the first day of HOPE Days. (This is accessible to families who registered only) - Announcement of the date will be made.
